Precautions for using kill manifold
（1） Precautions for flat valve
(1) The valve plate is a closed component that moves vertically along the centerline of the channel, only serving to cut off and open the channel. The valve plate can only be in two positions: fully open and fully closed.
Attention: The valve plate is prohibited from working in a half open and half closed state. After opening (or closing) the handwheel in place to eliminate the gap, it must be rotated by 1/4-1/2 turns.
(2) The lifting thread of the valve stem adopts a left-handed trapezoidal thread, which is "closed" in a clockwise direction and "open" in a counterclockwise direction.
（2） Precautions for throttle valves
(1) The valve plate is a closed component with an axis as the rotation axis, which plays a role in regulating the fluid throttling area.
(2) The handwheel rotates counterclockwise to open and clockwise to close.
(3) Before installing the adjustable orifice throttle valve, the flange nut should be checked for looseness, and the end distance between the two flanges should be checked to comply with the standard regulations.
(4) When operating the throttle valve, turning the handwheel clockwise reduces the opening and tends to close, while turning the handwheel counterclockwise increases the opening. The opening of the throttle valve can be displayed on the scale on the cover.
(5) When rotating the handwheel to the end of the stroke, it should not be too fast to avoid damaging the valve stem and limit cap. Special attention: The throttle valve can only control pressure and flow, and cannot serve as a shut-off seal.
(6) Avoid tying lifting ropes to the handwheel during transportation.
（3） Precautions for single flow valve
(1) Single flow valve is a self-cleaning single flow valve installed and used in horizontal pipelines. When installed, the arrow on the valve indicates the direction of fluid flow.
(2) During installation, ensure that the valve cover bolts and nuts are tightened. After installation, apply hydraulic pressure according to the arrow direction to prove its smoothness.
(3) In use, the single flow valve can be used for daily maintenance without removing it from the high-pressure pipeline. During maintenance, the valve should be isolated from the pressure in the high-pressure pipeline.
(4) After performing well killing work, clean and repair with clean water, and conduct a new pressure sealing test.
（4） Precautions for high and low voltage meter devices
(1) The choke manifold must be equipped with a high and low pressure gauge device, and the pressure gauge should be facing the operator for easy observation of pressure values.
(2) The wellhead equipment company must check whether the pressure gauge is reset to zero and whether the calibration time is within the validity period.
(3) When the pressure in the well is between O-5MP a, use a pressure gauge with a range of O-10MPa. If the pressure in the well exceeds 5MPa, close the low-pressure pressure gauge stop valve and release the pressure, and open the high-pressure pressure gauge stop valve.
